yes i would listen to all owners at all times and i will take all the responsitlity

Matt,

You seem like a very good guy for staff. I would appreciate having you as one of my admins. I will grant you administrator. However, you must keep your end of the bargain. You must recruit people, for now because it's a new server, do NOT abuse your powers, report to me before banning or muting someone, you must be an active player. If you disobey any of these, it will result in demote to regular player.
